Originally envisioned to house the corporate operations of a major communications company, the building was never completed. Faction Projects facilitated the acquisition of the property and the subsequent completion of the building focused on the speculative office market. The resultant steel, glass and concrete building leads the local market in quality, contiguous floor space, and geographic location. It's completion signifies the end of an era of stalled and unfinished projects in the City of Kelowna left in the wake of the financial crisis.
