About the Project

Canyon Peaks at Alpine Trails Fernie is a high-end residential development featuring a total of 45 mountain town homes. Each home features extensive window walls front and back that fill the open space floor plan with natural light and ensure spectacular views out and up at the mountains in all directions. The interior spaces are also connected vertically with two level open spaces and an open stairwell that effectively connect all three levels into one space. The ground floor plane connects to the land with a two-car garage, a front porch and a covered back patio, while the main floor living space connects to over 460 square feet of decks both front and back, and finally the master suite connects to the site with a Juliette balcony set behind fully operational garden doors. There are four distinct colour pallets for the exterior from soft greens to browns and grays. All units are highlighted with a combination of natural fir timber frame, cultured stone, fir garage doors and entrance porches, as well as stained cedar siding and metal roofs and clad windows.

The interior decor features a cultured stone fireplace, main floor hardwood flooring, plush cut loop pile and tile. The open kitchen in stained shaker style cabinets, granite countertops, glass tiles, stainless steel appliances, and designer lighting complete each home.
