About the Project
As the Lead Development Consultant, Faction developed a viable and comprehensive land use plan for the future use of the site. The preferred option consists of two buildings located around a central outdoor common area that includes surface parking, a plaza area, and community gardens. The site layout responds to the goal of creating a central common area and activity hub while also managing density and pedestrian and vehicular movements.
