About the Project
BC Housing contracted Faction as the Lead Development Consultant to help facilitate the engagement process and lead the concept plan development. Phase I of the project resulted in the creation of preliminary redevelopment options that were used to help facilitate the community engagement process. Phase II saw the development of a preferred Integrated Master Concept Plan that was developed with significant input from the community, those with pressing housing needs, and stakeholders involved in local housing or social impact issues.
