About the Project
The new Centre for Food, Wine & Tourism (CFWT) building will co-locate all the culinary, viticulture and tourism programming on campus. This includes the Infusions Restaurant, modern teaching spaces, food labs, related faculty offices, storage, and administration space. The CFWT will be placed to provide optimum visibility, acting as the heart of the Kelowna Campus, featuring a welcome plaza to greet students and visitors arriving on campus. The building will be 4 storeys plus a mechanical penthouse. Renderings prepared by GEC Architecture.
