About the Project
Announced in March 2021 at the culmination of three years of project and proposal development, and completed in spring of 2024, this project was the single largest capital commitment from the province that Okanagan College had received since 2005. The competitive design-build process led by Faction Projects Inc. delivered 216 beds in 182 units to the Kelowna campus, increasing Kelowna’s on-campus housing capacity to 360 beds.
