About the Project
In conjunction with the Vernon Student Housing Project for Okanagan College, 60 of the 376 beds added to the College’s student housing stock are be located at the Salmon Arm Campus located at 2552 10th Avenue. Similar to Vernon, the Project provides a 60-Bed Facility constructed of wood using some elements of mass timber and designed to meet BC Energy Step Code Step 4 performance targets. The new Facility includes interior and exterior student support and amenity spaces.
