About the Project
This housing project exclusively targets Okanagan College students on the Penticton campus. The project is located adjacent to the gymnasium where students can easily access the facilities and socialize when events take place. The project consists of a 4-storey building of wood frame construction with 89 apartment units. A large indoor amenity space is incorporated as an activated ground floor to connect with the community along with shared quiet study rooms on each floor.
