About the Project
The Rustic Reel Brewing Company was the first tenant at The Exchange and this phase successfully respected the North End’s history as a production and transport hub while creating a +/- 7,500 ft² vibrant venue that has helped energize the area. This unique project saw an old trucking garage rehabilitated and adapted into a new space, acknowledging the area’s past while sustainably reinvesting in its future.
