About the Project
This building is home to a variety of uses from Office tenants to Retail and Food Service providers. Tenants in this project include Falcon Engineering, Unison Jane Hoffman Realty, Begrand Fast Design and Okanagan Virtual Golf. The Commercial Retail Units at grade can double as office spaces, provide a retail frontage and a rear service door access or additional glazing. The building is well suited for food & beverage tenants to occupy space on the building’s main floor taking advantage of the generous patio areas. The second floor consists of office space and the building has a modern industrial form and character. BC Energy Step Code Level 3 was achieved on this project.
